Refund policy

At Rollingmetal Collectibles, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, and we share images of the product and the packaged box prior to shipping.

Please note that we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped.

Exceptions:

• In the rare event that you receive a product that is incorrect during transit, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product delivered is incorrect.
